How a replacement works
One project manager runs all six steps, from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
Consultation and full assessment
We talk first, then get on the roof. Shingles, flashing, ventilation and the attic all get a hands-on look.
Clear proposal and material selection
You get an itemized proposal covering materials, labor and any decking repairs, and we go through it with you line by line. You pick your shingles from real samples, Class 4 impact-resistant options included.
Pre-installation prep
You get a dedicated project manager, a delivery and start date, and a short checklist to get the house ready.
Installation
Tarps go over your siding, windows and landscaping. The old roof comes off down to the deck, and damaged decking gets repaired. Then ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, new flashing and ventilation, and the shingles.
Cleanup
The crew cleans up as they go and finishes with magnetic rollers to pick up stray nails.
Final walkthrough
Your project manager inspects the work, then walks the property with you.

When the adjuster comes
After the inspection, we’ll tell you plainly whether we think hail or wind caused the damage, and whether it’s worth calling your insurance company.
If you file a claim, we can be there when the adjuster inspects and answer any questions about our estimate.
The claim itself stays between you and your insurer.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect the roof, show you what we find and tell you what we’d recommend. There’s no charge for that.
Will my insurance pay for a new roof?
That depends on your policy and your insurance company, and nobody can promise it up front. We can tell you honestly whether we see hail or wind damage, give you an itemized estimate, and be there when the adjuster inspects if you file a claim.
How long does a replacement take?
It depends on the size of the roof, the materials and the weather. Your project manager gives you a delivery and start date before any work begins.
What are Class 4 shingles?
Class 4 is the highest impact-resistance rating a shingle can get. Class 4 options are part of our proposal, so you can see the price difference on your estimate.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with a nationwide lender and a local lender. Ask us about it when you book your inspection.
